It is chock full of delights that most salads dream about. Don't order a different salad! Order the house salad with your meal, as you do have a choice.
The baked potato is a great one & they bring the lazy Susan type of set up with ALL condiments to jazz it up.
Most everything we've ordered (and we've ordered almost everything on the menu) is top knotch! The steaks, especially the filet mignon are perfectly prepared. While we are less intrigued with the return on our gambling here, we are THRILLED about eating at Carter Green Steakhouse.
